Not sure what general purpose drywall screw is most commonly used, took a guess - got one.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what these screws could be utilized for? is it more than gypsum board on steel studs -- could I use that cabinet beside met, and perhaps saw it apart and then screw up a box or something??

They’ll screw into wood boards just fine if that’s what you’re asking.

I'm guessing that a one-inch screw will poke out a little bit, especially if countersunk.
