Well ladies and gentlemen I have a new screen name! I put more thought into this one.Lol I have been a member for around two years now, posted a few things, but mainly stay in the shadows just reading and learning. Lol

Anyway thought I would come out of the shadows and say hello! : )

How about a pic of my garden, and my scrap shade screen.
And when I say scrap, even the screws were free. Lol image.jpg

It stays around 90's degrees F. In summer. I guess that would be about 33 C's range apxromatly.
But it's not uncommon to get into the low 100'sF

Have you stood out in the open with exposed skin?
Same principle really. It only blocks a portion of the Uv.

I am no pro, but also will help with keeping soil conditions a little cooler and slow leaf evaporation.

image.jpg image.jpg My tomato's have just started to come in. Kinda of a late start because I picked blooms until they got as big as I wanted. Lol Greedy I know. And after that I waited the maximum to feed and already entered into a P deffenancy.

What I need to a good recipe for pickles because my 3 cucumbers have gone crazy, I am cutting them back to keep from taking over.
