Sciatica

As an ex medical professional, I can tell you it is likely tight hamstrings. All three of them attach at the same place on your lower pelvic bone. Their tightness pulls your pelvic bone out of place (one side) causing your gluteal muscles to tighten up, which pinches the nerves running through them (sciatic) and usually causes low back pain. If you can stand up, with your knees locked straight, and touch your plams flat to the floor, it is likely a severely strained gluteal muscle (there are a dozen). If it's knot (yes, I did) your hammy, try using a softball under your glutes. Lay down on your back, and introduce the ball from the side, slowly moving your weight around on it. See if you can feel the muscle that is strained. Yoag will help you. Do something now before it becomes chronic. you are waaaay too young to be having pain already.
