you SAW a grower with 9000w in lights, but you couldn`t tell if it was a guy or gal?
in any case, it can raise an eyebrow or two, but it can work. Only problem i see is that kind of light makes for masses of bud, which he probably sells. And that`s the actual problem, cops are gonna want a piece of the pie to leave him alone

some people with grows on that scale steal power and often get caught that way. if you are using lots of power and paying for it, it can still be suspect if someone looks but not cause to say someone is growing 
was he doing it in a legal state?
