can i grow a sativa and a indica if i veg for about a month with each and then flower. the indica will be done like a month earlier. im thinking of growing arjans ultra haze and some northern lights. and is arjans difficult to grow. let me know if you can help with info

They can be both grown in the same room but I'd veg the indica for longer than a month, they tend to be shorter than sativa's do

the sativa will take a consideably longer flower period than the indica. You can grow and flower them together, you will just harvest the indica and keep the sativa flowering for f ew more weeks. Way cool.

Have fun.

Sure you can grow a Sativa and Indica together, they'll end up quite different heights so you may need to elevate the NL to the same canopy height as the Sativa.

I've never grown Arjans Haze, but I do know that any Hazes or Hybrids with Haze in them are not easy to grow, if this is your first time then I suggest you might want to look around for an 'easier' Sativa. Hazes are generally best left until you have more experience.

Take a look at Mandala seeds' Satori (Mandala Seeds) which is very Sativa dominant but much easier to grow and more forgiving of mistakes.

i'm with baby on the haze, that stuff tents to be tricky so rather go for another strain, if you want a tip look at outdoor strains at nirvana or other banks, that is normally sativa and most so call outdoors are easy to grow and cheaper then the rest too;)

Typically when someone talks about a plant being difficult to grow, what do they mean.. or what kind of things do difficult strains do that you have to deal with?

FWIW, Greenhouse has Arjan's Haze 1, 2 and 3 and Ultra Haze 1 and 2. If you are speaking of Arjan's Haze 1 here is the grow video just in case you haven't seen it. YouTube - Green House Seed Arjan's Haze#1 Grow with Russian Subtitles

And by the way, if you watch Greenhouse's grow videos their plants are huge in just a couple weeks and Arjan's Haze is as tall as they are in five weeks. My plants don't do anything similar to that. Is it that they give it a big pot, lots of nutes, and 18 hours a day of sun? I wouldn't be surprised if they give them hormones too. It's just ridiculous.

difficult due to the fact that the plant is trick with nutes, reacts more to stress factores and such.

see, some of us been growing some time now and seen such trouble and rather tell someone that it is a bit trick ahead then be sorry later.

also, that vid you post is a nice example of commercial guys with not much shine...

Hey Green,What do you mean by TRICK? Also commercial guys with not much shine? I read this a few times and still do not understand what you are trying to say...

NL/Haze is the one. its won the cannabis cup more times than any other haze. i've grown it and the branches where straining with resious buds i did'nt need to manicure the nugs (nojoke) a great uplifting buzz great with a few beers. does'nt mind a bit of heat. the pinnacle of cannabis breeding as sensi seeds says.

i think i may just go with 2 indicas because this is only my second grow. thanx for all the advice. any suggestions on what i should grow. i cant fucking decide and its pissing me off. id like to go with atleast one greenhouse plant.

I think what he's trying to say is that those guys are growing for bulk, lower quality bud in as short a time as possible, while others who may take longer are going for quality taste and smoke. Not so commercial.

I dunno, correct me if I'm wrong; that's just how I interpreted it.

Man I think that bud looked pretty GOOD! It won the peoples choice @ the cannibis cup also, so I am abit confused

You mean their NL#5/Haze? It sounds like a real beast. I'm going to keep my eye on it for next year for sure.
