Sapling falling over and a weird crease/fold in stem

Can't I replant it?and if it has streached that much there aint no fixing itit will flower fall over from weight and die ;
The soil has nutrients in it unfortunately. I need to get organic soil. I just moved it 2 or 3 inches away from the light too.
I have a second 23w light. The other one is 105w, the big one. And what do you mean it will turn toxic? Should I get organic soil from outside?

if it slow release fert in it dump it and get a mix of plain soil from a garden store perlite 30% and peat 20% rest soil what i use get all them cfls running and get some nice nutes like canna or house and garden dutch master u need serious lights if u wanna pull some good bud man u dont wanna mess around withy little bits of light normal veg wityh cfl is about 100 watts of cfl light for 1 plant per squar foot and double to triple that for flower with 2700 k cfl its better just to go straight out with mh t5 or even hps
