I'm so glad this guy Rick Santorum is out of the race for President. The fact that being ant-gay is such a big part of this guy's political life is not right. I don't like hate and I certainly don't want our President to be a Hater!

So, bye, Mr. Santorum...I hope you know you hurt lots of people's feelings by being that way. What if you were a 16 yr old gay kid and you had to sit thru that BS? You're wrong Mr Santorum. 'Gays' are just people trying to be themselves

I have long been supportive of gays. But the way they have acted over the gay marriage issue disgusts me. Civil union with exactly equal rights isn't good enough for them. They have to use the word marriage and for no other reason to get in the face of traditional society.

They have pissed me off with that. I now have contempt and disdain for gays in general. They get no more support from me, fuck 'em.

Shouldn't everyone be granted the same rights as everyone else? Be it color of the skin or sexual preference? Just as long as no one causes anyone physical pain? Or stealing rape etc.

Sure, everyone should have the same rights. A gay couple should have the same rights as a married couple. But they should NOT have the right to redefine a word and an institution that has been a backbone of civilization for 10,000 years.

how about this then. since the term "marriage" is of such little significance that it should be unimportant, how about you and your wife/donkey/altar boy take the term "civil union", and gays get marriage. that's equal, right?

^^^The Bible and Christianity have clearly defined marriage as being between a man and a woman for the last 2,000 yrs AND the Bible and Christianity are very anti-gay. Just that one sentence that says 'homosexuality is an abomination' and BOOM! 2,000 yrs of injustice! What if Jesus was also gay? I'm sure fags were Crucified on a regular basis! In fact, I bet when a fag was gonna hit the crucifix, people drank and partied more

if we're going by the term traditional marriage, i should have received several goats and 100 acres for marrying my wife. or it should have been arranged. or i should have presented her my feast of yams.

I really wish that we could just live our own fucking lives in the USA!! There's always somebody somewhere telling me that I should be allowed to have certain rights! There's always someone somewhere who is gonna say "not only do I disagree with you but, fuck you I AM America". The arrogance we have is getting so old!

One person's big deal is another person's small deal. Sure, just let marriage be redefined. Why not make it legal for anyone to just call themselves male or female regardless of biology while we're at it?
