Was wondering if anyone would have any tips on how to cultivate San Pedro/advice on growing cacti.

San Pedro is easily propagated by taking at least a 2-3 inch cross section of a living SP cacti that is a thick around as possible. A piece taken like this looks like a star. Allow these pieces to dry out completely for 2-3 weeks in a warm place. Bury in sandy soil and begin a watering cycle of a full hydration once a month, or less if the soil hasn't dried. Allow more dry out time than you would during vigorous growth to allow for the extremely slow root growth. San Pedro loves/needs heat for vigorous growth, otherwise you get tall and spindly cacti. Once you have a strong cactus the san pedro can actually handle a great deal of water as long as intense heat/sun accompanies it. Good luck Derple.

Is finding a SP cacti the only way to acquire them? Anyone know of a way to get seeds/cuttings?
I've been buying my pedro off eBay for years now. It's perfectly legal. You can easily get cuttings for cheap, and be well on your way!
