The Salvation Army bell ringers are taking freaking credit cards--no cash. Dudes out front saying "I know you all have money."

I have not seen that in my area. How the hell they processing the cards? I would be more worried about some volunteer doing the scan and clone trick on my cards and ripping me off.

WTF! I've never heard of that crap.I prefer to help folks my own way.Like a nice bottle of alcohol for the wino on the street,or clean needles for the junkie...the little things in life are so important.

I knew a guy Back In NYC whom copied the salvation armys collection buckets (he made his own) and got hold of a outfit that looked the part (red and blue) and the Hat .. He would stand at the Ferry Terminal and rack in loot all day long during the Holiday season...

pretty clever, but if that dude got caught pulling that shit in the far right part of town they would probably hook four cars to him and drive in opposite directions.:hump:

Not surprised...I never donate neway.... like 30% of the money even goes where its suppose too... dont feel like paying the rich to help the poor
