Salvage bud from rot?

Hiya
Just found a spot of bud rot :( but thankfully just the one cola everything else looks fine.
You can see the space where i removed it, its still quite funky in there. Is there anything i can do to clean it out/kill bacteria or whatever its caused by? H2O2? Or just lop the bud off and enjoy an unexpected early smoke (she's very near finishing anyway)?
What do you think...?

Cut the area around it out. Spray liberally with alcohol or H202. That will kill any spores.
Go over every branch and flower. Mold feels squishy- anything squishy cut. Dont be afraid to cut off flowers or even branches if need be.
Spores are very light and infect an area fairly easily and surprisingly quickly.
Look into H2o2 Baths (you tube or google) for harvest day. That will make sure any spores are dead so you dont lose a heap in dry/cure/store.

Yes shes had a lot of feeding.
Ok cheers I think I'll cut it, the risk of leaving it there is too high. And I'll have 90% of a big cola to harvest, a bit early but that's ok :)

Urgh. Just found more. Was proper squidgy inside, where side colas were squashed against the main cola. But i think what i lopped off, 70% can be smoked so not a complete write off. Yet.
Weirdly weirdest thing, where it was really rotten there were 3 black things, i thought bugs at first but they arent, just these weird pod/seed type things...like the plant has gallbladder stones! WTF are they?
