salt buildup somes plants are either fringing up (leafs) are too light of green

Hi again , somes plants are either fringing up (leafs) or are too light of green was looking in my bible haha and im pretty sure thats whats going on here any help would be greatly appreciated want my first grow to go well thanks everyone.

i got the same prob. stupid fuckin bible doesnt even give you the solution, just shows pics of the problem

flush your soil with 3 times as much water as you have soil........
