sales laws

i was wondering whats the laws like when in comes to patient to patient sales or transfer of goods for medical marijuana in colorado? is it allowed or whats the punishment?

well 64 sort of trumped the MMJ law when it comes to that... an adult 21 or over is allowed to GIVE marijuana to another Adult 21 or over you are NOT allowed to buy it or sell it .. yet. If you get caught selling it.. they will bust you like there is no law that legalized it.

where's that one stated?I scoff at "donations".

its the same on CL they ask for donations.. but the government isn't fooled.. you are NOT allowed to sell it in any way shape or form

the model to sell it to rec users has not be figured out yet.. once it does then the tax revenue will come in.. until that happens you cannot sell it or buy it

if you want to come here and sell your stuff, you better be ready to not only pay a huge bill for the permit AND sometiems you will need multiple permits, you must also be approved.. so you'll need the okay and permits.. one to grow one to sell to dispensaries, one to sell to the public, one to make extracts(MIP llicense) ..... they won't just let you sell. you MUST have a permit and you better be willing to wait for awhile to get it processed and approved

DB it's not stated, just being a smart ass. However check craigs list....there are listings there asking for donations to get rid of their extra. Asking to spend the night in the crow bar hotel if you ask me.

I've bought a lot of wax off craigs but not for months now. clones too, the last deal was shady as fuck, in the parking lot behind a 7 11. dude had an entire tray full of clones, didn't have labels, I should have walked away but I'm growing them out right now. not doing too bad.personally anymore craigs has changed a lot anyway, I won't even advertise a light on that page anymore. need to find some specific classifieds somewhere.

When I first started growing I pretty much had to use Craig's list. Now I don't go there except for amusement. Weird shit on that site. I have since reached out to the marijuana community and have found some of the most giving and willing to share people I have ever meant. Getting good genetics is not going to happen on Craig's and there are some very good breeders/growers out there willing to share. Same with "transfer of goods"...reach out to the community and they will reach back.
