saggy leaves

i cloned the top after i topped my plant, i put a 2L pepsi bottle with the bottom cut off over it and when i take it off it goes saggy, what does this mean!?!??!

perhaps the humidity or temp is too low outside the Pepsi bottle, has the clone got roots? what do you have it in, soil?

i cant tell if the clone has roots yet, its in soil, it looks fine when its in the bottle, how can i tell if it has roots???
