I don't use it but i have done some resurch. There is a app called circle. If you link your c.c. you can get bitcoin instantly. Just remember to tumble and all that. Also check up on your tumbling route because circle has been known to cancel accounts because of specific tumbling routes. They have a 300 buck a day limit that you can get raised after some time. That seems to be the best/ fastest way to get bitcoin that I've found.

Hopefully it will work with pre paid visa's as well. But Iam not 100 on that
