So I have a few questions here about the sog method???

1. How tall should my plants be before putting them into flowering??

2. If my plants are too remain small, would it be better to throw my clones straight into flowering instead of letting them stag in vegg stage???

3. If this is the case I would only need my 1000watt flowerig room and an area to allow my clones to grow out a bit. When my flowering plants are finished I could just put my climes right into flowering. This would eliminate me needing an extra vegg room...

Otherwise I need a flowering room, vegg room, and area for freshly cutt clones. I'm trying to eliminate vegg room since this time is for plants to grow. If sog method used only small plants then why grow during vegg stage???

Any ideas???

well 8 to 12 inches is what ur shootin for, u will also need to do sum further research in strain selection, if u want to elminate a veg. room then u will need to get a strain that wont stress when put into flower straight from cloning (heard of a couple but no idea what they were), and that will also stay low and not stretch out like a sativa...but u could jus use ur flowering room for a veg room for a week or 2 until ur clones root, then switch it to 12/12...easiest way i can think for u not to have 2 rooms

yes they whould stay smaller if u flowered after rooting...but i take small cuts then let them veg for a week, helps them get nice and healthy and a bigger root system= bigger harvest IMO..i can fit 3 mums,60 site ez cloner, and 2x2 ebb&flow all under a 4foot 8 bulb HO t5's with only 4 bulbs on ( about 230 sum watts)..really not that bad on space...

the idea of a sog is to flower clones right as they are rooted in a starter cube or pellet, or watever...
keep adding a couple rooted clones every two weeks and harvest finished clones when they are done...its an ongoing cycle

you should take cuttings that are about 8-9" tall...when they are rooted, they should be somewhere like 10-11" tall or more.

Prune off the lower branches to "lollipop" them----->this allows for light penetration to the smaller plants' canopies...

Hope this makes sence...
