Rusty Spots On Leaves

Hello all.

This girl from my first ever grow. Auto Blue Amnesia. She was overwatered twice at the beginning. No nutrients for 6 weeks and watered with 8 pH (feeding her last 4 weeks with Advanced Nutrient pH perfect grow, micro, bloom) which means i had very very bad start. Now fixing my mistakes at second grow. They going very well. But that Blue Amnesia at week 10 and started to get rusty spots on edges. Some leaves are drying. Today i am going to water her but not sure about using nutes. Because i am not sure if it's overfeeding. I am using company chart and other 5 plants are taking them good. Only this girl a bit sick.

So what it could be? Should i feed her or not?

If you are on week 10 then she should be almost about done if she is an auto. It is normal to get discoloration and leaves that dry and shrivel up at the end of flower because the plant is eating everything it has out of itself. It is basically using all available nutrients it has left stored in its leaves and cannibalizing itself. 8 is a pretty high ph to be using too. You normally want to keep ph between 6 and 7.

And you should never be feeding that much that far into flower. You should usually stop feeding about halfway/75% thru flower if doing no til living soil, or about 1-2 weeks before chop with synthetic nutes and use water only for that period with the occasional compost tea or sugar source like molasses or coconut water for finish. last week or two I do water only either way.

yeah now watering my new plants with 6.3 pH and nutes with company chart. they are already so big :) also have one Cheese NL at same week but her leaves are very normal now. Actually Cheese NL 4 days older than Blue Amnesia but as i said, she looks better and leaves are healthly. Anyway, you are right. It's close to be done. Stepping into week 11.
