Rusty brown blotchy spots

Ok. So I've got about 9 plants going, but only two are having issues. The two in question developed this after a transplant. Both have these orangey brownish spots on them. One is droopy and the other isn't. I transplanted and it was time to feed it as it had not got anything for three days and was dried out absolutely enough to water it. Saw roots at the holes and transplanted it before it could ball up the roots and mess it up. I went a bit extra on nutes as I used a bigger container for the water for mixing and such and I'm thinking that's the issue if not burn from the light possibly.. But... It's real droopy the one anyways... Soil is still to wet to give it straight ph water I think... I might have over watered as well during the transplant. I'm.not entirely sure. Feels like I did lol. Anyways, I got a fan close up to the soil above soil level as well as pointed at the holes down low trying to slowly slowly air dry some of that moisture out a bit and seeing if that helps at all. I've been real careful with the other 7 and they are good just these two are no bueno right now. Anyone have a better idea what it's all about?
I'm also introducing another fan into my grow room too today. Probably a big ole stand up one on a stand. Just let it oscillate constantly.

What kind of soil did you use? I am guessing that your soil had nutrients in it and you added nutrients to the water also? If this is the case, depending on your soil, you may just want to give it straight water for the next week or two.

Yeah lol a real bone head move on my part. Usually used promix before but decided to use happy frog soil as it was highly recommended by my shop I go to. It absolutely still wanted nutrients even in happy frog. Got real droopy and light until I did introduce nutrients in a smaller dose. Dunb me this time used a bigger container as I got 9 going this time and I guess I didn't measure nutrients exact maybe. Yeah I was thinking straight water for the next while. See if that helps. But the one that's really droopy and the medium is still wet, should I wait till that dries out first before I do a thing? Or should I give it straight ph water soon to try to flush out some of the excess nutes out a bit? It was a little closer to the light than I realized. Would that cause that discolouration though as well?
