Rusty and twisting

couldn't see any spidermites underneath the leaves. i've been flushing and the problem seems to have slowed down, so a few more water feeds and then back onto lower doses of nutes. Looking back I was pretty careless with the nutes, so it is most likely the problem, thanks everyone

Has the problem spread to all the leaves on the plant? Can you remove the worst ones? Are you checking your ph?

no I don't check my ph, but I've just bought a pen off ebay and am waiting on that. It was spreading up the plant but now its slowed down, and I don't think there is any bits coming up, so I'm pretty sure its sorted now, just got to be more careful

I removed a set of leaves the first time, but now I'm leaving them, they don't look as bad when I take them out of the grow light so I thought I'd just leave them
