Running led HELP

I’m running led and I have to have high vpd during day keeps plants praying happy and vigorous now when it’s lights off I can’t follow vpd cause could cause unwanted issues ie pm which nobody wants during lights on humidity is 75 and temp is 86-87 they love it lights off I can barely get it under 60 with my inline fan on 10 don’t wanna run it all the time would think it’s sucking all the water our plant etc idk tho can I get pm at 60 ideally tho that’s perfect vpd is the 60% any help appreciated attached is my vpd during lights off etc everything is within 10 degrees or 10 points temp and humidity just want to make sure I’m doing shit right want a good harvest

You would need to get the leaf temps to accurately calculate VPD.

What temps do you get at night.

Also, start bringing those temps down as you go through flower. you dont want to finish at 86

My leaf temps usually 84 degrees room temp 86-87 Yeah I’m hoping Colorado weather will get a lil cooler hahaha I can run the ac but humidity drops significantly

I’m day 17 now so when should I start dialing temps back u think I’ve just been trying to make sure thier always praying and thought that was a good sign etc

Also want to defoliate but don’t know exact leafs to strip just ones covering other bud sits but if a leaf connected to a bud site I should leave right?

im not an expert and i don't stick to vpd religiously so take this with a grain of salt. but i believe your night temp falling below your dew point will cause 100% RH spikes at lights off. I try to keep 40-55% RH during flower. In veg it can be a bit higher. For me 70%RH in flower with a 12 degree temp drop i would be very concerned about bud rot.

Okay thanks man yeah imma start dialing back humidity I just tried to stay with the vpd cause of the led I’m new to all this so learning curve

I will usually begin to reduce the RH in the room as flowering progresses
in the 70% range during veg and then ramp it down towards 50% in late flower.
I normally see a 10 degF swing during lights out, but my de-huey raises the room temp as it pulls moisture.
I also have plenty of air movement in the room.

just think about how to get a consistent temp and target rh. i just had to google VPD, i am a stoner not a scientist...lol

My temps are on money day and night it’s just I was trying to follow that vpd to the T but the high numbers at night scares me but apparently jungle boys run high humidity as well but they also have millions of dollars in equipment I appreciate everyone’s advice I’ll start dialing back

i run led also. but i monitor with a cheap $10 analog dial from Lowe's.

light defoliation very light not seasoned enough to take more off

per everyone’s suggestion I’m dialing back my humidity and temps now I’m on day 17 imma shoot for 60 humidity during day 50 at night and keep dropping unless they respond adversely

I think that defoliation during veg and flower should be on a plant by plant basis.
If a girl gets so bushy that it's choking lower growth, it gets thinned.
Same thing on flowering plants. If lower bud sites will benefit from more light, it gets thinned.
I wouldn't do any more of on your girl at this point.

I appreciate the advice yeah when I see people leaving just couple leafs gives me anxiety but then they come back with vengeance I wasn’t planning on doing anymore because I always thought the leafs powered the buds so u wanna leave the big ones etc but I’m learning new shit everyday

I trim fuck out of mine, keep that light getting in. Never had issue, got almost 2 pound last go around.

Thanks @TintEastwood really wanting these girls to throw down for me seams thier happy so imma just keep trucking hopefully this is a good harvest dispos up here have been really on bs it’s all about the flavors now and fancy names I want gasoline tennisball og funk flavor is cool don’t get me wrong but I want to be medicated I’m curious to see how this turns out soon as thier done I have four females ready to go wedding cake x legend og And purple punch x wedding cake so they should be fire to and I’ll have meds for a while
