Better idea, Put your vents on a timer so they turn off when your co2 is running. and then your co2 off when your vents come back on. and back and forth.

run your lights with air cooled hoods on em and use outside air to vent to lights then into another room (non flower/grow) or your attic.

outside air>>>light>>>light>>>light>>>light>>>^^^attic is how i have it and i save a ton not having to run my ac. plus i can add c02 and not have to worry about exaust.

but yea it should be fine. its not going to freeze on ya it has an easier job of cooling the air tho.

You will need to refer to the specifications for your AC to find out it's operating temperature range. I doubt that it will work when outside temps are below freezing as consumer models don't have the option to do this. When the intake air is too cold the compressor can't operate.

There is a device that they use on refrigeration equipment like supermarket freezers which need to operate at all temperatures. For the life of me I can't remember what it is called but there is a thread about ac in the winter. I can't find it though.
