Runderails question

I had bought Jeorge Cervantes book on line from Amazon, but there is not too much info on them. I have a 2x2x5 LxWxH grow lab tent. My question is are Runders even good type of strain to use as far as investing time effort and money in them? I understand they dont grow that tall or have alot of quanity. I been having a lil issues using

no the ruderalis only produces weak weed by itself. its only use is to be cross bred with other strains to give them the autoflowering trait. As my local hydro shop owner said, its jsut russian ditch weed lol

I been trying to grow sativas and it seems like it just stretched too high as if the lower leaves are not getting enough light. Does any one have suggestions what i can do with the space and lighting I have already?

Short indica and don't veg a long time. Supercrop, top or scrog for height control. Most seed companies have height in search.
