Ruderalis seeds for sale in US?

Try TSSC - ships to states ...... I tried these years back when Sensi was more popular .. They run maybe 50/50 on getting autos but they good to chuck pollen or even seed.
Good INdy traits , single Dom , small medium size .......

Males will pop up from time to time , better chance if you grab breeder pack.

Not in the US but I bought a pack of 10 regular ruderalis indica from Sensible Seeds. They also have the ruderalis skunk posted above. I've ordered from them half a dozen times and never had an issue. I payed with bitcoin so I didn't have any issues with payment as they don't accept credit cards.

been reading up a little on breeding autos.

came across the following.

1. cross an auto with a photoperiod. the F1's will contain no autos.
2. cross the F1's. the F2's will contain 25% autos.
3. cross the autos from the F2 generation. the F3's will be 100% autos
4. for even more stability, backcross an F3 female to F2 pollen. The F4's traits will get more consistent.

this illustration shows how it goes. AA = photo plant and aa = auto plant. 3 breeding generations

if i am trying to get an auto with a decent high, i would assume i should start with a potent photo female and find a strong ruderalis male. if anyone has an opinion or knowledge i would love to hear it. would an auto female be better?

i have a strain i created called sour wreck (trainwreck x sour d). currently doing some backcrossing with that strain. would love to create an auto version of the strain.

should be fun trying.
 
the casper seeds ruderalis came back in stock. i got a pack and planted 3. looking or a nice male to breed with.

I had a hybrid back in the day that used ruderalis, indica, and Thai to make an outdoor strain. Done right ruderalis can make for an incredibly tough plant that still produces good yields of potent weed.

nice, that sounds excellent as i know an outdoor grower or 2 that could benefit.

i have a nice ghost train haze female and a nice sour diesel female. right now they are my top candidates. oh wait, i do have my sour wreck strain i created. it's very potent as well, and could use more of the structure of the ruderalis. would be nice to auto that one, getting a smaller more controlled plant, while maintaining strong potency.

this should be a fun little project
 
Tried growing a few autos back around 2011. Short stuff and another company had been bred entirely auto/ruderalis. The best one was "Russian rocket Fuel", some nice pineapple and peach terps on them, also decent smoke(considering it is autoflowering)

The only reason I'm growing Ruderalis is I'm hoping for a male. I want the Pollen.
 
Yea they're not feminised, I used the male Russian rocket Fuel on my Chernobyl plant back then, I grew about 30 seeds and most were really consistent high yield(30ish grams per 1 gallon pot), although f1's using autoflowering plants are not going to autoflowering, as that Gene is recessive, you have to breed them to f3-4 to make it really consistent. Any kind of breeding project like this is best done using multiple females and multiple good males, keeps negative recessive traits from popping up(odd mutations), I loved that cross I made though. It smelled like pineapple creamsavers, and about 15% of the plants exposed a mutation of triploidy nodes(3 branches per node instead of 2). The f2's weren't so good as the f1's so I gave up on it. Great learning experience. Most of the seeds sold from short stuff seeds is available in regs, and some good variety. I grew the Mi5, blue himilaya diesel, RRF, and Onyx, they were pretty good considering what they where. Better than the dinafem auto freebies, and better than the pineapple Express auto that Barney's farm gave me as a freebie back then.

I wouldn't use an auto female, the auto trait makes using them almost unmanageable, male pollen sacs can be tested with leaf matter of a harvested male, and you can more easily choose from there. And using a killer photoperiod mom will give you the option of actually larger selection/Gene pool. If I were in your shoes, I'd use my two fave fems, and use the best male you can find on both, then breed both varieties together to create a set of polyhbrid f1's with potential for autoflowering like

F1 x M = #1
F2 x M= #2
#1 x #2 = new F1/polyhbrid with best mix of genetics from your favorite fems. Weed out as much negative traits of the ruderalis while trying to maintain the autoflowering trait, it's a juggling act, males become extremely valuable for their pollen at this point.

I want to do this eventually but my goal would be to eliminate the auto trait to try to develope a good hearty outdoor version of a killer photo plant with an earlier finish time.

The strain I had would turn into 12' trees that finished early with a high yield and buds that tasted like hash. They were almost frost proof. Within a day or three of the seeds coming up the stalks below the cotyledons would be around 3/16" and above the cotyledons they'd mostly be about as thick as a #2 pencil.

I know how unbelievable this sounds. This was back in the 90's when I was a teen growing with my dad in Southern Oregon. It was the last couple of years before medical, otherwise I'd have pics. You can see why I really want to get some straight ruderalis to breed with though.
