Anyone have some tips on how i can set up s.o.g. with auto flowers...heard you dont wanna mess with them to much as far as training cuz itll stress it to much...whats the best way to maximize my yeilds in my space I have?

Got purple kush auto, lemon skunk auto and feminized ak-47 id like to try s.o.g. with but i have a 2.5x2.5x5f tent running bout 450w of light...is this good or do i need more light?
