Roughly, how much does it cost?

To grow outside.
So, I already got seeds. Just gonna do it bagseed my first try. No special strains.

This is basically the layout I want. No, I'm not saying I want to build an expensive green house. I mean, How he has them planted. Everything is need. He has barrier to keep animals out(walls in his case), and nice spacious walkway.
So, here's what I'm thinking
-3x3 or 3x2 holes(I have no clue how deep I'll need to go)
-Wood posts(to hold up deer fencing)
-Deer fencing
-Nutes
-Soil
-Guerrilla grow(because im not in a legal state)
-6 plants at most
-And ph tester. I don't think I'll need a humidity and temp also...
So, how much do you think I'd me looking at price wise?
I think most of the cost will be in soil. 3x3 is already a bit of space to fill. Not including how deep I'm gonna have to dig. But right now im trying to figure out what would be my costs on a tight budget. As in buying cheaper end stuff rather then buying the expensive stuff.

depending on the soil where you intend to grow, amending the native soil with stuff like Earthworm castings, alfalfa meal, lime, etc...will be much more cost effective, as well as save you from having to haul out many gallons of premixed soil to your spot.

You should also consider having a water source nearby.

my 2011-2013 grows have cost less then 500$ incl dr ref.. was paying 250$ inc mo dr visit for him to hand me the rx paper.. per mo for my narco's (legal)

I reuse soil from each year + add amends+ compost I wont even buy rock wool for clones anymore I am that cheap!

im doing the same thing as u roughly and im gunna spend about 200$ on the same stuff, local nurseries are great for organic cheap soil blends.

i wouldnt do this , id spend a little to be assured a decent crop that will finish in your area , the uk as an example suffers mold and cold issues so needs fast plants , f/dew is a strain that can give a crop , many cant , well worth the investment

cost i dont know , the uk you wouldnt bother with deer netting generally unless the area suffers deer , rabbits are another thing mind so chicken wire sprayed black ( longgggg story why its black and not green ) , hazel to stake it , you dont want to be anything but natural if you can , hauling fence posts into the middle of no-where is asking to be seen

soil amend the natural if you can , if not then its hard work

food well organic is the way too go , you wont be there every day to amend the food so best to mix in shit loads of organics and let it do its job

p/h tester ? waste of money , you cant do anything about p/h unless you have total control so dont bother , same with humidity etc , nothing you can do , spend the money on seed

6 plants and your using bagseed ? once again pic up some afg kush , cant get cheaper plus makes the entire grow worth while

please buy seeds. might be a waste of 4 months of your life if you dont. you *might* get some fire, but it *might* also take 17 weeks to flower and die in the cold frost. pick something speedy and cheap, and in your case probably femmed.

I have heard many people spending about 30 a zip...

You can do that? And yeah. That was the first thing I looked at when choosing locations to scout. Is their some sort of water source near by. And all my locations are close to water sources. Just hoping my map isn't lying and these spots are as good as it looks.

I live with the parents still. Pretty sad at 22 but what can you do right? Yeah, illegal state... So, Inside growing isn't as easy. Cost a lot more. Outside I don't have to pay $200 electric bill. And not to add to the guy above's bashing on your channel, but If your in a legal state and have your proper paperwork, why the hell are you growing out of your closet? Man, I'd get like a 3 or 4 bedroom house(rent if you can't afford mortgage). Have 1 veg room 2 flower rooms. O.O That's what I wanna do when My state finally gives in.

what bad advise. or he could waste 100 dollars on 10 seeds, that end up dying . quarentee if he grows out some bagseed, he'll be happy with the results, its his first grow if that plant has buds he'll be happy, he's not some connoisuer cannabis guru. To the OP, for 6 plants, and the things you listed $100, maybe 200, youll end putting most of it into soil, as u stated u have quite some space to fill

not the worste advice, not argying with yah but chances are if th OP buys 10 seeds from a reputible company the seeds wont die and will be females on top of that if hes willing to pay a few extra bucks, Greenhouse Seeds offer very good deals for 5-10 packs of seeds between 20$-60$ for quality genetics.. more chances of bag seeds dying and/or turning male, ur post is kind of bad advice bro lol like i understand first time outdoor grow, well why not spend 50$ on 5 FEM Super Bud seeds and end up with a guarentee harvest, know what im saying..? but i agree with the cost's u listed.

My big issue is... living with parents. I know some people put their real name. but me, I'd feel more comfortable using a fake name. Nothing stupid like Jackhoff or Icee weener. Funny but good way to get attention. But if a package came in for (ex: Mike absit) or some shit. My parents are gonna do a return to sender not realizing what's inside, and even at 22 mama said no fucking growing in her house. That means getting seeds in her mail either.

I spent several years trying to improve upon seeds obtained from hermaphrodites, or bag seed as it is called. I did so indoors, outdoors, in containers, and in the ground.

Finally upon realizing it was a waste, I upped the genetics...solid strains can be had for much less than $100/pack.

i had 1 herm out of 60 bagseed planted last year, and around 45 were female, so as far as bagseed being a high herm rate, not completely true. this is what Im saying its his first grow, I know i didnt see my first grow to the end and i did lots wrong in the process as well, thats why i wouldnt buy seeds, or try and go all out the first time around, if you fuck up, then there goes your nice seeds. most ppl who knock bagseed have grown good genetics, and set their standard to that, so when the bagseed doesnt turn out as good as your breeder strains, then its junk. the kids learning to grow, and getting started, let him worry about quality genetics once he's getting the hang of it

Has nothing to do w/self-pollination or hermaphrodite rates, I had the much the same ratios as you. The quality of a "bag seed" is completely dependent on the bag from which it came, obviously if the OP used beans from Mexican brick he will wind up w/Mexican shit. I get what are called rogue seeds from C99 females, about 5 or 10 seeds per 3 foot height of plants. But that particular strain has that tendency, haven't used any of the seeds yet...but I would b/c I know those genetics came from Bros. Grimm.

Why spend all that time and $$ growing mystery genetics, when for 100 bucks you can get 36 mixed beans from Sannie?.
