well me and my cats voted to pass an ordinance that weed is legal so hooray instead! how about greenhouses that way you bring the indoors into the outdoors. you can wait til its ripe without worrying about rain or wind

they are passing bans on outdoor cultivation cuz people are not cultivating responsibly, too many thieves getting hurt on the boobytraps set by farmers.

In Roseville it's been more of a community complaint. Sure they have their share of crime but they have more of a meth problem in my opinion than a MMJ problem. Just sayin.....

City of lodi just enacted a 45 day moratorium. There was a large number of patients that showed up to the city hall meeting. The city attorney is writing up an ordinance that he says will be finished within the 45 day moratorium and will be fair to patient that cant afford to grow indoors or buy green houses. The city of Lodi already has a ban on dispensaries.

Its just a bunch of political bullshit, I mean didn't they already have it that you couldn't grow outdoors unless you had your plants enclosed in a 7ft non climbable fence, I know it was law somewhere but I don't remember if its was Sac? I know several senior citizens (mostly disabled vets) that are on a fixed income who can barely get buy with what they get, they get just enough to pay rent, bills, gas etc, however their outdoor grows kept them living comfortably, not on the high hog by any means but they had what they needed medically, financially and could have a little fun every now and again, if they were barely getting by before, what are they to do now? Dose the government give a shit, fuck no! Shame on you uncle sam!
