Heya guys... All the alarms in my apartment complex went off today.... They had to check EVERY room... I was at class, so maintenance let themselves in... Maintenance saw, told the Property Manager. Property Manager called on site Cop. Cop was off duty so he called in his friend (Detective). So for now I don't think I'm being evicted, cops took my plants and told me to call tomorrow and give them some names. They "let me off" provided I help them stir up some work for them apparently... Is this true, possible? Am I going to be fucked in a few days and have to appear in court anyways? Should I feed em false names, or names of someone who robbed me? Any advice helps...

they took the plants and filed no report and took no action.
even if they try to now, they have no real grounds.
a judge will ask why no summons was issued immediately and why you were not taken to jail.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. It is obvious you dont have anyone with experience to look up to in the "game" so it is called. So I will give you this advice and philosophy.
They...The man is not stupid they wont just take some names you give up they want some solid stats. they will trade you for some good arrests if it looks better on their record then just having you. If you are not extremely smart in dealing with them they will fuck you anyway. they are not your friend and dont give a shit about you or your life. they look at this as their job. If you do snitch and go to jail anyway then some one is going to want to see your "paper work" then some one there will make sure you are not a sex offender or a snitch. and believe me it is all and i mean all public record no matter what they say. the paper work doesnt lie or go away and there is some one in every prison or jail who knows how to pull the records. sex offenders and snitches get raped and shanked plain and simple.
On a philosophy stand point...you decided to do what you did so as a man it is your responsibility to deal with what ever happens good or bad. It is so fucking wrong to have other people pay for your mistakes and karma will fuck you big time if you try and take what you think will be the easy way out. But be good to the game and it will be good to you! as for the people who robed you...be a fuckin man and handle that shit. no one should have to handle it for you...or let karma deal with them cause she will. thievin and robbin aint no legitimate husstle it is some punk shit for real!
all that being said the best thing you can do is not say another thing to any authority or law enforcement they will try and manipulate you big time and they will pull at the very emotional strings of your soul. best to just stay away and hire a lawyer if need be.

the police will try and tell you all kinds of shit like years in prison yadayada and they will like a boy like you yadayada. the truth is that a few plants and your first time will probably get you a few days in jail and a fine tops. kinda depends where you are it varies a little. jail or prison aint shit dont believe the hype and evil media. the only people who get fucked with in prison for the most part are rape os and ped os and snitches other then that if you stay out the mix and do your own time and conduct yourself as a grown man then easy peasy.
when you take responsibility for your actions...when you do as you say and say as you do...when you treat people right then no matter where you end up in life you will have respect and honer...you will be able to hold your head up and feel good about yourself...you will have at the least a few good stand up people by your side that you can trust with anything. sorry to ramble so much about this but i am so passionate about it. to many young kids get roped into this dishonorable cycle and i think it really has a bad effect on our society and its up to the ones that know to really break it down and spread the knowledge not jus beat a snitches ass or kill one to make an example. to me that shits all good and well deserved but i think its more important for people as a whole to have a good understanding of whats going on.

yea i wouldnt give any names and if they come back dont say anything to them they cannot arrest you being there is no evidence there they cant do shit move ur lights and other eqip and clean house basically if they arrest you all charges will be dropped since no evidence but im no lawyer but dont even talk to them they will try to take anything u have and use it against u dont say a word dont even open the door unless they have a warrent plus what state are you in

yes it is possible you were not charged however as someone stated you will be required to turn tricks.
