Roots Out Bottom Of 6x6 Rockwool Cube

like the thread says i have roots out the bottom of my 6x6 RW cube and its about 1 week and couple days after germination should i transplant or can i leave the roots sitting in the bottom of my tray ? probably gona go in a DWC setup like the others. but also wana try soil any opinions?thanks
