Hey peeps,

I'm getting ready to make my own "soma" organic raised beds for my indoor set-up. The question i have is; can roots grow threw cheese cloth?

I read on his article that he uses felt root cloth & the only thing i could find was a DIY video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_cGKLEmrrs on youtube) it saying that you can use felt root cloth or cheese cloth.

I can't seem to find anything on felt root cloth , so i wanted to ask you all what you though about cheese cloth.

Also i found a product here 'http://www.growwurks.com/cocotek-coco-mat-4x8-1-4-thick.aspx'.
What would you choose, coco fiber mat vs. cheese cloth?

I think it would depend on where the cloth was placed. If you do try, try it as near the top as possible. Also, last time I purchased cheesecloth they had natural so I would recommend this. I believe white is bleached, definitely not what I like in my milk, thats for shiggity.
