Rootbound again?

About 3 weeks ago I asked about slowed growth, and was told to transplant because she was rootbound. I did that and she started to grow again. She has now stopped again. She is in a 5 gallon bucket under 400 watts of cfl. I feed her once a week, and water every 2 days. Do you think she is rootbound again, should I trans again? I thought 5 gal buckets were perfect. Also, I can give her 2 gallons of water and the next day she is dry up to 4 inches, why?

water by weight of pot, not by time, and what concoction is that mix? looks like a mud-pie.

It does look rather wet, If out of her cave I probably just watered.

i don't see any perlite. let it dry out more. only water when pot feels light.
