root rot?

hey guys i have a purple og in a 7 galon pot about 3 feet tall topped several times for clones but the thing is weak as hell at the base it even has thick stalk i dont think its roots are strong and the coco always seems wet even after 4 or 5 days or no water but i feel like i have to water it any sugestions?
the plants seems healthy tho green grows fast its about 2 months old from clone

does anyone think peroxide in my watering schedule think it would help?
