i was just going to trim all of the infected part of the roots of and put some hydrogen peroxide in res please help my plants r dying

Remove the plant from the res, gently rinse the roots off gently under room temperature water..
Try not to cut anything, the dead roots will come off easily under the gentle pressure of the water,
Then peroxide water for 1-2 days and then nutrient water again.

marijuananation has given some good advice. Also remember to regularly treat from now on with the recommended dose of hydrogen peroxide. Every 4-5 days. Some would frown at this but once you have root rot its difficult to totally knock it out, so its better to prevent it from the start, and once you have it, prevent it from coming back.
