I do not know what to say you dude. You can blame it on me if it helps you but it definitely wont help your plant. Blaiming everything else but you wont help either. That “soil” may be just fine for seedlings but obviously not in your hands. BTW underwatering and overwatering can at the end result in same symptoms. Hopefully you will figure it out. Good luck!
These are my ak47 from several years ago and I sprouted them in the same way. It is not about overwatering or underwatering. I have so many pictures from my past grows in more than 10 years. any way! Thanks for good wishes:-D

This mix looks way different than that shit you have posted for the first time. It also looks properly watered. I am being alergic for those “decade” growers who are asking noobish questions and struggling to take proper care of seedling. As I said you can blame everything else but it wont help you. Blame yourself on the first place and you can move further. It is your error!

Sounds like you don't realize they are not seedlings anymore. It is after the transplant . I just said they were sprouted in the same soil and in same way.

@ OP...Check your roots for pests. Ever see any fliers resembling gnats?

OP
I recently considered root knot nematodes, root aphids, etc. I tried general hydroponics azamax with no success. No fungus gnats...I also purchased some beneficial nematodes but still have not used it. Will try it soon...but since this is happening even in pure Perlite and all other types of medium, I don't think it is a pest...I believe this is something like fusarium, take all root, ozonium root rot (Texas root rot), etc.

Thank you for valuable suggestion

If you are using a meter there is a chance it may be broke and giving you bad ec or ph readings. Use the liquid drops for ph checks and make sure your meter is correct.

I had similar issues many years ago and it turned out to be a hanna meter reading way off.

Go pickup a bag of coco loco and repot all your shit in that. That should atleast get you in the right direction.

All right guys.
I fixed the problem with a systemic fungicide. The active ingredient is azoxystrobin.
Does anyone know if it is safe to smoke the finished product or not?
I tested this stuff on 3 different seedlings. After around 25 days or so, the damn thing comes back and I will need to retreat the soil with the fungicide. If the roots are completely destroyed, I have to spray on the plant but if I apply the fungicide before root rot watering with the solution is enough.

Thank you in advance.
