Root Rot but Growing nice; 3 weeks into flowering

Hey Guys!

So I am three weeks into flowering, and the plant is growing very nicely on the top level, nice growth, good bud formation appears to be occuring.

However, underneath, there is some brown slimy roots. I am pretty sure it is root rot, but not sure how it good be if the plant is growing well, and if it is growing well should I not worry about it?

Using the AN system
- Sensi Bloom PH perfect
- Big Bud, Bud Candy, Sensizym
- Aquashield

System
- CFL
- Bubbleponics (Water Pump + Air Pump + Airstones
- pH is 5.8
- Temp is 20 (sometimes may go up to 23 but do my best to keep it lower)
- Humidity is 45% (Goes up to 70% because dryer is nearby; getting a vapor barrier)

The Rootrot I am talking about is in the upper part of the picture; roots here are slimy and mushy, come off easily.

Thanks in advance for all the help and info guys.

I don't see any root rot. They look stained from nutrients. Unless the root's are sloughing off and I just can't see it in the picture. They look good Man.

I might try and get some SM-90 or Dutch Master Zone Gold. Anyone have experience and think it would help with my current problem? I would stop the sensizym and aquashield until it fixes.

Look up Heisenberg(i think that's spelled correctly) on this site. He has a thread about how to make a beneficial microbe tea to cure root rot. I've used it twice with great results. Hope this helps

Thanks man I will check this out. Going to try a H2O2 flush soon as I find the time. Just gona keep it for 24-48 hours in ph water + peroxide + 1/2 nutes. If that doesnt work probably give Heisenberg tea a try. Any other ideas?

i would hit them with a h202 soak then start making heisenbergs microbes. the microbes will fix the slime but not the rot. its tricky because the two are almost always found with each other but IMO you need to alternate both h202 and the beneficials separately to fix both problems

Thanks man, I think this is what I will do. I already have aquashield so I will need to grab the other stuff needed. Hopefully this fixes because these things are way too beautiful to trash, plus spent too much time on them already to see them go to waste.
