room question

got a row of 10 plants (no other choice very skinny) its about 3 feet

what lights should i use

heat wouldnt hurt cuz it is like 55 degrees

I dont want spend over 175 on this grow

4ft flouros side by side or a 400W HID/HPS on a light mover. Flouro is definately cheaper, but the HID is going to give you better yields. If you choose flouros, consider a SOG or SCROG set up, it'll give you the most bang for your buck.

will that 250w cover all ten plants in 1 row also how close can i keep it?
would it be a better idea just to get the hps cuz i have to bud the plants at like 5 in anyway?
