The last time a person ran as an independent, and didn't get creamed was when Teddy Roosevelt ran on the Bull-Moose party.

RP's ONLY chance is to run in a party.

oh yeah! with giuliani slipping and romney losing steam and huckabee kinda just fizzling i think Dr. Paul can steal every portion of the vote that those guys are losing. five percent from three guys is 15%. and thats good enough for the republican seat. its simple math folks. we need to just get the word out. i got my bumper sticker too my brother. ive changed five votes so far and maybe those people will change five and thus the support grows. hes setting funding records, getting hardly any press still but there is nothing bad anyone can say. fuck hannity, fuck em all. they will not choose the president, we will.

Its not about me, nor is it about you. Its about liberty and freedom. How much of an intellectual does it take to stand before a national audience and declare that you will do everything possible, if elected, to uphold your oath to defend and uphold the Constitution, then in the very same breath, vow to push for unconstitutional government programs? That's exactly what EVERY Democrat candidate did in the last debate.

And, I would bet my next harvest that you have never read one of Ron Paul's books. And yet you come in here like a fuckin' bull in a china shop and try to tear down the posts of those who have read the man, and of those who know the difference.

Again, Med ... you are blowing a one-note horn.

Your first two sentences remind me of the movie Thank You for Smoking lol.

yeah, thats is the device which controls the masses. we are becoming to scared to even think for ourselves let alone act on our own behalf. i watch it for entertainment only. whatever they say, do the opposite.

You guys see FOX and Friends on 12-18-07? youtube it. Ron Paul was on being given no credit for anything and what comes up at the end of his 4 minute segment? "Independent Ideas" in bold letters in front of Dr. Paul, as if to suggest hes an Independent candidate and not running for the Republican seat. It is this type of media bias that is killing our electoral system. They are managing to manipulate who to vote for and how we see each candidate. This bitch at the end comes on saying, im going to say an issue you answer with one word. Hes like, bitch please, you cant answer important questions like that with one simple word. Fall back ho! And he does his thing and tries to say whats up. I fucking hate the media. Word of mouth is the only way to go.

I hear you Garden Something definitely strange with Dr Paul , He's extremely honest and humble and constantly voting in favor of the common American Citizen and against an incresingly wasteful and opressive Government.

The dude even returns part of his congressional pay every year back to the people, hes definitely whacko and not corrupt or dishonest enough to hold the higest office in the land..... LOL

uhhhh yeah.. LOL

you know damn well that is no what I am talking about.....

I am talking about his demeanor.. It's like he is NOT human cause his brain has been over worked... or his hearing aid is to loud or maybe to soft...

He looks weathered like my neighbor that smokes to many cigarettes or the guy on saw on COPS that swears he has not done meth in the lat 3 months.. yet his jaw is moving faster than a grind stone.. LOL

You'll see, something is coming down the pipes.. let's see this guys medical records.. LOL

I'm not hating.. just making an observation... his policies don't bother me...

he certainly seems to be the best candidate out there. hard to imagine the powers that be letting him win the seat.

one thing is for sure, if he runs, we all have to DEMAND paper ballet boxes if we expect him to win. it has been proven for certain that the electronic ballet machines in at least one state, ohio, had major tampering. you could reportedly hack in with a blackbarry, it was so ungarded. people said they pushed john kerry and g.w. would light up.

it is confirmed they stole ohio from kerry. kerry is no better then bush, but the word is out. electronic voter fraud is real and we must return to paper ballets.

What's with the 9/11 conspiracy theorists liking Ron Paul? It's not like he is on your side about that issue. And having all those people supporting him is BAD for his campaign because the MSM can talk about it. Just listen to John Gibson talk about Ron Paul, the 9/11 conspiracy supporters is all he talks about when it comes to Paul.

they support him cause not only is he the only one to speak out about anything, but he knows that the system isnt right. but he never called 911 a conspiracy he more talks about it as americas own mistake, we shouldnt have been over there messing around for so many years. conspirators support him because he doesnt belive in secret society
he see 911 as a cause and effect of huge government
we have at least 700 foreign bases all over the world!!! WTF?!!

yeah i think if one thing will hurt Ron Paul its his fan base. having the youth support him ill make the old folks steer clear. having people like alex jones on his side makes him look like a quack when he isnt. although i like jones he comes off as an overactor who is just trying to get a reaction sometimes. he needs to start to focus just on the majority of the population cuz he already has the young and "fringe" vote

yeah jones is a bit agressive . but i went to a ron paul meet up here in vegas with my roomate and we were by far the youngest there out of like 70 people everybody in there was 40-60 years old which was good to see. changed my thoughts on who ron paul was reaching to

and he has the most donations from military folks of any other candidates combined. no surprise there. as a former marine I can see why. no one wants to fight in a non-war for nothing.

Damn right, He said he'd stop the war. Whats not to like by servicemen. That alone should quell all the nonesense about how those young men in Iraq love their job, and are fighting for honor and country, Hah, bullshit.

yeah, marines and soldiers love to fight for their country, that is true. but we simply arent. were fighting for money. and the sevicemen dont make any of it.
