Hi this is the journal of my second grow, my first grow was honestly as bad as it can be maybe. I got some pictures of the end results:

im using
I got bugs, and a lot of defiiciencies. I got some advices and read a little and watched a couple videos, and now I feel like im better for a second run. I still lack some basic things like ppm and ph meters, a grow light and a grow tent, and ro water. The ph of my water is i don't know.
Now the things I got for my second grow:
Nutrients: Micro, Grow, Bloom, 3 parts nutrients of Advanced Nutrients, Ph Perfect Technology.\\\\
Medium: Pro-Mix(sphagnum moss, humus of sphagnum moss, perlite, limestone y GHA297)\\\\
For bugs: Neem oil, potassium soap.
and I got 2 15 liters pot.

Week 1, starting the 27/06/2020:
I gave them food 4 days, 2 days water and one day rest in a cycle (food, food, water, food, food, water, rest)
i started giving them .5ml of each Micro, Grow, and Bloom for 1 liter of water.

Week 2:
same food schedule but with 1.5 ml of each nutrients / 1 liter of water.
i gave them on wednesday some molasses because I read on the internet that the word humus correlates to Microbes, then I gave them some.
1,1.jpg2,1.jpg
week 3:
Now I give them 2ml / 1 liter of water of nutrients.
on tuesday I decided to give them more food/water per watering.
I went from watering them with 10% of the volume of the current pot, to 20%.
I did some LST too, but I am thinking I should have delayed lst a week more.

what do you think guys, so far? thanks.

week 4: Now I give them more in each meal and watering, therefore I don't feed everyday, now I wait a couple of days until the pots dry out. But I try to keep the same cycle of food/food/water.
I gave them some molasses, 2.5ml of nutrients per liter of water, with a little bit of calcium supplement (egg shells and vinegar in equal parts, then resting the mix for a week) because I saw a couple of little copper dots on the leaves and I think I saw on the internet that might be calcium or magnesium deficiencies.

Inner leaves are starting to develop. I pruned the bottom set of leaves because they weren't developing and I read on some page of the internet that might be good idea to let the plant focus on the rest.

week 5: I gave them mostly water since I saw some tips showing nute burn, Only gave them nutrients once with same rates as last week. Quite a few new possible colas are developing nicely. I took out a couple fan leaves that were blocking the sun from the lower colas.

week 6: I transplanted the plant in the smaller pot, not it's in a 16-17 liter pot. I try to water a little more now. The first plant is drinking a lot, maybe its because the roots are starting to circle around.

week 7: I transplanted the other plant into her final pot, seems very happy with the change, I checked the roots and they were starting to circle around.
I'm feeding them 3 ml of micro, grow, bloom per liter of water like last week, and I think I won't go full strength with the nutes, they seem pretty happy with the dosage and I'm afraid they will burn, who knows maybe ill change my mind once I get them into flower. They are super bushy and ive been doing a little supercropping to spread them a little along with LST. I was thinking about defoliating them a little, but I read on the internet that outdoor plants don't need to be defoliated.
Im pretty happy so far, and so are they, no bugs, green color and a lot of potential colas I think.

week 8: I was thinking about inducing flower at the end of this week or at the end of week 9 but I had to begin flowering in the middle of this week due to somethings changing in my house, and time is of the essence, I made a closet with some pvc tubes and a blackout curtain I bought and I'm going with a 11/13 hour schedule. It is a shame since I really wanted to do a full grow, not sure how different things would be if waited another week, I guess I'll find out in my next grow. Nevertheless they seem pretty happy, I think they were already kind of flowering because they had a lot of white pistils before I started putting them inside the closet.

week 9: Both plants seem to be doing great, Im giving them water, feed, water, feed cycle, I pretty much water or feed every three days with 4 liters, thats how it takes for the pots to get light again. Even tho I try to let them dry as much as possible before the next water/feed. They are getting a little smellier every day, and the bud sites a little bigger every day. I think they were already going into flower before I started giving them the 12/12 treatment, because at this time of the year where I live the day lasts near 12 hours anyway, so maybe they were already feeling the pressure to flower. This only makes me wonder how will a plant grow in the right time of the year. Anyway here they are:

week 10 and week 11: Im giving them 3.5 ml of M,G,B, from advanced nutrients with a little bit of liquid guano, and water with molasses every week. This couple of weeks i had some little troubles, I made some sort of a tent from pvc and blackout in order to force them into the 12/12 schedule, and my plant 1 had, on one of the top fan leaves, the start of what I researched to be white powder mildew, I pruned that fan leave along with some of the fan leaves from the bottom to provide air flow, also I foliar splayed them with sodium bicarbonate (I saw in the internet that it helped to treat the WPM), also I added a fan that I found in my house and so far it seems to have worked, no more wpm problems. Although seems that I wont be needing to store my plant inside the tent since at this time of the year nights are a little less than 12 hours anyway, like 11 hours 40 min. besides from that little thing they are looking happy and getting fatter every day. Here are some pics from these two weeks.1,10.jpg2,10.jpg1,11.jpg2,11.jpg

week 12: I got myself a grow light, hopefully its a good one, it had good reviews on amazon, and it will be great for my plants since there has been quite a lot of cloudy days. I saw the trichomes and saw them between clear and cloudy so I think they will be ready in two to three weeks. Hopefully sooner but I dont think so since they are in week 5 of lower, they might be in week 6 tho, because the nights were pretty long before I "flipped" them (like 11 hours). Other than that they are looking good, they are filling the buds and they smell a lot, its really delicious, Im super anxious about how good they will be. I keel giving them 3.5 ml of micro, grow, bloom. I dont think ill give them full strengh because they have burned tips, maybe the indica one ill give her one full strengh food, and I keep giving them homemade molasses every week.2,12.jpg

Week 13 and 14: The ladies are on autopilot, I am trying to give them less nutrients per meal, I think they are close to the end. One of them, the sativa one, looks like she is ahead one week, ever since my 'light flip', and now it looks more evident than ever, I am not sure when to chop her, I tasted a bud, one of the lower sunless branches that I cut off a week and a half ago, and that bud sent me far away from earth, so I think whenever I chop her now it will be awesome. Now she is really yellowing a lot of her fan leaves, I don't know maybe one of these days. On the other hand the indica one, seems like she has got a week or more to go, the buds are increasing in size and the pistils were white on week 13 but now they are starting to get orange and curled into the bud. No yellow leaves yet, although from what I've read that doesn't always happen, but in general looks like she still has to go one or two more weeks. Here are some shots of the gals.

First 3 are form week 13:IMG_20200926_105238214_HDR.jpgIMG_20200926_105214147.jpgIMG_20200926_105220441_HDR.jpg

These 2 are from week 14 since seedling stage or week 7 since I 'flipped' them, again they could be on week 8 of flower because the night hours were already 11+ h. Before I flipped. I am going to keep counting the weeks, but I know each plant is different and they don't follow a schedule.

Semana 15: this week was a sad week for one of my ladies. Man I thought they were on autopilot, and I was so wrong. I woke up on saturday morning and started to check up my plants, see if they had bugs and how were the leaves doing, and as I was looking through my indica plant I discovered bud rot on the lower part of the main cola, I got out my scissors and cut the rotting bud, but then I discovered more bud rot a little higher from there, after looking with more detail I realized the hole main cola had bud rot... man I had to get rid of it, and feel so sad because of it. I dont have a fan inside my tent, I keep one side of the tent open and air flow comes from the window, but I guess that was not enough, or maybe is because I've been keeping my plants part of the night stored in a room. Maybe that was the problem. Anyway it was a sad day, but next time I'll take extra steps to ensure my plants have proper airflow, that is lollipoping, and some minor defolation, and maybe a fan, because this grow I didn't do anything, and that may be cool for outside grow, but it wasn't good enough for my indoor, expecially since Im not fully equiped.

Besides from that they are looking great This week I'll be harvesting my sativa plant, looks swole, and ready to me, maybe. My indica plant I think ill leave it alone for another week or so.1,15.jpg2,15.jpg1,15,2.jpg

I've cut the sativa one, I looked at the trichomes and I saw a few amber on the buds, I had to look at several buds on the top, mid and bottom to be sure that I wanted to cut it. I bought a week a go a cheap hygrometer on internet, but the comments were good enough for this purpose. It's hanging on my tent right now at 24.1 celsius and 49 percent humidity.

I cut the indica one, and I looked and realized the whole plant had bud rot at some extent, that blows, I'm going to buy a huge fan for the next grow.

But in the bright side of this grow, I learned a few things and I'll be better prepared for my next grow, AN nutrients did good, and I'm quite happy with the results, but much else is to learn and I'll try to get into organic grow.

But I got from my one sativa plant 88 grams! Which in comparison with my last 14 grams harvest, well it was a huge improvement and I can only imagine if the my other plant had survived. But I'm really happy with it. Here are some pictures of the results, for anyone who might want to see what micro, grow, bloom an Nutrients pH perfect alone can do, I also gave them molasses. Half the grow was achieved as outdoor and half of it as an inside grow.IMG_20201022_125522936.jpgIMG_20201022_125614402.jpg
