RO water Ph anomaly

I just got my first RO system and it’s my first time working with RO so this is all very new to me. I’m having a weird Ph anomaly though. I’ll quickly go through my nutrient mixing routine as maybe I’m doing something wrong that someone can point out. With a fresh bucket of RO I first add silica and let it sit for about an hour before adding cal-mag and letting it sit again for about 30 minutes before adding the GH Flora trio and waiting at least 15 minutes between each of those. I then let the final mix sit for about an hour before coming back and checking my EC and Ph. EC is in check but when I check the Ph my meter cycles quickly back and forth between 3 points. For example tonight when I checked the Ph it started at 6.0 and cycled up to 6.3 (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) then cycled backwards back to 6.0 (6.2, 6.1, 6.0) and continues non stop. I have an Apera meter and it does the same thing with my other meter as well. I have no idea what my true Ph is and I don’t know what to do about it. Please help, thanks in advance.

I have a 3yr old Apera meter. Did yours come with a handy calibration kit?
I go through the calibration process once in a while. Especially if I doubt the numbers I'm seeing. Like that smiley face never locking in.
6~6.3 would be frustrating. I don't think the water can actually change ph like that if everything is all mixed in.

After I changed batteries the last time, it wont calibrate ec, so I just bought some cheap viosun meters. They seem good, I check the ph against the gh drops.

Some GH ph drops kit is a good thing to check your ph with. I hardly ever use it mixing nutes, but I do check the final solution with it once in a while, just to be sure. I trust them to be accurate, just kind of a pain if you have to test multiple times in a row.

A bubbler in the water seems to make ph rise as well.
