Would adding Michroryzae or whatever be beneficial in nutrient lockouts. I thought that all of those living organisims and what not help break the nutes down so they are useable....to the plant

Thanks for the link!! Today is about Day 43??- Who knows.

I'm going to feed one or two more times and then flush. I'm going to take these girls the distance and really let them pack on some weight.

I guess I should start finding some cuts for my next grow -- which im going back to strictly soil.

I believe next run im going to run some OG Kush, while I prepare moms of various strains I'll be receiving.

I should have a batch of seeds coming my direction shortly, GreenCrack x Cinderella 99, ChemDawg x SD, Various OG kush beans aka Lemonade Kush, Cherry AK47 x OG kush, Sour D x Stawberry Cough .. etc etc etc.

Should be in a great treat to keep all those mothers. I'm gonna try to find a bunch of mothers that I can keep around and turn them into BoNZAI moms, really short/stout moms with multiple shoots so I can keep a bunch in a small area.

How the hell do you water them? Do you have to drag out each one to do it?
Hey man. Ya, I drag every single one out into the main room that the grow-room is built in, and I water each one by hand.

Its a PITA, but if I didnt do it, I would have never, ever, ever, noticed the small amount of spider mites that seem to spread like mother fuckin rapid fire.

I dont know what I am waiting on, I need to get some fucking lady bugs.

I water tonight, so I will re-check them.
I noticed the mites came on lower budsites that werent apart of the canopy. So I removed anything that wasnt a top nug.

Lost a couple grams but its worth it. Got rid of those god damn mites for the most part and well, ya.

---

The GreenCrack X Cindarella99 (50 day finishing sativa) beans are finally harvested. I'm gonna pick some up within the week and should have a nice projet to start, as i've never grown from seed before.

fucking mites!! :cuss: :wall:  :finger:

I'm just now ridding myself of the mites I had. I got some lady bugs and I think they worked pretty well but I was also neeming the shit out of my plants and bombing my room every time I took them out to water for 2 weeks or so. is this your first time dealing with mites?

Ya first time dealing with mites.

Ive kept them under control for the most part, no webbing over any buds or anything like that.

I caught them really early and have been just removing any plant particles that have any mites.

I found out where they like to hide so ive been removing anything they're attached too.

I was going to go on a snowboarding trip for 4 days come monday, but I'm opting to stay home and tend my plants as I dont want to come home to a room full of webbing and mites and a ruined harvest just days before chop..

Kind of a bummer.

Whats the worst that can happen at this point?? These mites are a PITA.

When I harvest im gonna bomb the fuck out of my room and bleach everything.

I know what you mean, my room is a tight squeeze for me to water so I lay down on my side next to the trays and water with the wand, but while I am under there I get a good look at what's goin' on under the canopy.
Good luck with the mites Bro..I haven't seen any yet myself, but am worried about my lower buds that are in the canopy too.

Your room looks like a dream though man..so very pretty!!

yea thats a tough call man. I'm a big snowboarder too and would love a 4 day trip but that would be the shits to come home to your own little version of the movie Arachnophobia.

it's pretty crazy how fast they multiply and travel amongst your plants. good you caught them early enough tho. I think theyre just a little harder to deal with during flowering compared to veg when you can neem the hell out of them. I used Doktor Doom to spray my plants down a couple times but I more used it to do a make shift bomb for my room since it's small enough to just spray bomb it. I'm pretty sure you can use the Doktor Doom while they're budding but then you risk throwing off the taste. I think your best bet would be to get the predatory mites that feed only on spider mites. Probably have to order those through a garden store or off the internet tho. My lady bugs seemed to work alright but they're better if you have an aphid infestation since theyre a little bigger.

I feel for ya tho man. mites are such a kick in the teeth and seems like the battles are never ending with these assholes. I'm just now getting my room mite free after two or three weeks of battling with them. I wish you the best luck and let me know if you have any more questions bout them. I feel its best to know every aspect of your enemies bongsmilie :peace:

Man, mites are a bitch. It sucks, but the right move here is to pass on the snowboarding trip. If the shit gets outta hand this late in flower you might be heading towards emergency chop down mode. I definitely know that if you disappear for 4 days, your mites won't.

Are you using neem oil to try to keep them under wraps at all? I've never used it this late in flower, but supposedly it's safe. Not the strongest stuff in the world, but it's how you fight these battles when flowering is goin' on. And I would try to spray it just on the leaves, although tedious, this is going to be a WAR!
