Hi folks!

I'm Meta. A lot of you already know me, and a lot of you out there are fresh faces. Howdy!

So much love to ALL our members, and this thread is for EVERYONE!

But...I want a place for the SoCal members to be able to click up, share knowledge and resources, and even plan a couple of events! Really, I'm just jealous of the NorCal BBQ I've missed for years in a row. Well, a new, unemployed Meta is here, and I'm back home at RIU.

Yeah I was really bummed at your job's doing that. I don't get it. Short term gain for long term loss.

Im a professional chef...when they make a machine that can poach an egg perfectly then assemble it into a flawless eggs Benedict, I'll be worried. Till then, I'm in the clear. Everyones gotta eat. But yeah, downsizing sucks.

I would fear the machines. They have a program in place that threatens you directly. Behold evidence.
