no, they are real charges. judges looked at the evidence in all 4 of these cases and found there was plenty to go forward with on each and every one of them.
the only "trumped up" charges, and there are no charges and never will be, are against clinton. the GOP has explicitly admitted that benghazi and emails were simply partisan witch hunts. they find nothing every time.
trump is headed to prison for a long time once he is found guilty of raping a 13 year old.
