i saw that thread. it got closed because admin called bullshit. the details were sketchy. the op (diff op from this thread) had claimed that his posts were somehow used against him in court and we were trying to get him to explain exactly how that occured and a lot of people were calling bullshit. dude had got caught red handed because his lady was on probation for something unrelated and subject to random searches or some shit. no one could figure out how or why the posts came into play, especially since the guy said they never confiscated his computer. load of bs if you ask me.

i hear u but people on here take this federal shit to a whole different level..they can care less about any personal grows the only people getting charged in federal courts are big drug dealers, crooked co-ops, big named prohibitionists who break state and/or federal laws, and smugglers.

Oh totally, when I hear about the dispensaries being busted or co-ops being busted I of course hate hearing it, but usually there is a reason that person(s) is being watched and busted. Personal grows like the majority on here are a waste of time for the feds. I've heard about the feds starting to go after the cartel's and the more dangerous side of our culture rather than the legit businesses around the MMJ states, just a shame that the legal growers that are following their respective state's rules still have to be worried about being associated with the shady groups of stoners, or the groups that are taking advantage of the legal cards for pure profit, not even worrying about the consequences that eventually hurt the law-abiding citizen worse than the one that got thrown back into Mexico and probably ran right back over here.

I believe that only big ass commercial growers should be worry about it, if you just have a personal grow it shouldn't be dangerous
