Risk or no risk?

I read a thread a while back that you should try order equipment from different sites because they are autherised to contact police(or a different inforcment) for suspicion of growing. I have just bought a inline fan and a set of yoyo hangers from ozponics and im going to buy a 1.2x1.2x2 metre grow tent since they are only $165 with free postage and are made from a Non-toxic Material (have heard alot of tents give off toxic fumes than fuck your plants up) anyways i have been looking into getting a 250 watt MH light and have found three sites.

as you can see ozponics is the cheapest lol
would it be sus if i bought a grow tent, inline fan, mh light and some yoyo hangers? whats your thoughts on all this?

Anyone is authorized to contact police about growing. If equipment suppliers turned in anyone who looked suspicious, they would eliminate over half of their business. I have always done my dealings with HTG, and they've kept our little secret for years.

They have a 250 package and other lighting packages that come with basically everything you need (hangers, bulb, etc...)

What i would also suggest is spend the right amount of money on lights and brand names at least for ballast and light. Cheap stuff is cheap and can be a waste of money in the long run. Do it right so you don't have to spend more money in the long run. Good Luck

i probably should of mentioned that im only ordering from australian sites but thanks for the site. are any of the other sites i added up there good branded ballasts?

i only deal with htg. charlotte nc. excellent store and the guys that work there are cool as hell.its not illegal to purchase lights and tents or even nutrients. people grow indoor gardens all the time. seems like itd be a hassle to follow people from the store.never had a single problem. and on a second note, people who are of suspect get followed. people who arent suspect get left alone. if your hot, cool off for a while. the industry isnt going anywhere.

i hate growshop paranoia,its especially bad at my local hydroponics store ,cop station isnt even 3 blocks away from it.Makes you wonder at times.

have you ever thought that just maybe almost all of the people that own a hydroponic store grow for them selfs maybe thats how they got the idea to open a hydroponic store just sayin

I'm in West Aussie where the weed laws are the toughest in the country.
Lol any more than 10 grams and you get to go to court.

Those kits are all good enough.

I use the adjust-a-wings and they are great.

JB ballasts are also really good.

Unfortunately i don't have experience with the sylvania bulb.
I use Luca-grow or sunmaster bulbs. Hps all the way from vege to flower.

I wouldn't worry about going to the same shop all the time either.

I go to the same hydro store all the time because i get great service and if i wanna just shoot the shit for a while they are happy to talk too.

They also give me great deals.
So far I have bought about 5k worth of stuff from them so they consider me one of their better customers.

If you aare is south aussie I would be a little more careful and (if it were me) i would order from out of state.
