Reverse Osmosis Advice

Didn't read the entire thread but check out www.freedrinkingwater.com.......I've use their countertop unit for at least 8 or 9 years now. I generate around around 30-40 gallons a week out of a bathroom facet. The 4 stage filters last around 2 years or so, and the entire unit is a couple of hundred dollars. My water is terrible, I live on an old peach farm and the water is full of heavy metals, salts and other poisons- bottom line the water is not drinkable. The unit reduces the ppm down to 10-20 ppm and I need to add 10ml Cal/Mag with all waterings. This is not a Ebay cheap, inported unit. All the filters are American made, it's high quality.

First off, start by RO any water being consumed by humans in your house. Then any pet that consumes water. Once you have that completed look at getting plants good water

Southern Indiana here. Comes out o the faucet at ph of about 8 and about 150-160ppm. I use it straight outta the tap. I was looking at RO, but I've not needed to add any calmag. I kinda worry I'd have to with better water.

Hoosiers are a bunch of freakin' potheads lol.

I have a 100$ 5 stage eBay special.
My water is 160ppm and with the filter it's less than 10 ppm . I use a 55 gallon trash can and a float valve. I guess the only problem with storing water is low DO but I condition my water so that takes care of the DO and any fall out.

kinda like taking a shower before sleeping with a prostitute and then wearing a rubber all day the NEXT day...why clean water and then dump it in a plastic 55 gallon can?
You should store in a Container approved for water/food storage

My family comes from Harrison County.
I used low 400 ppm water for years. With the carbonate levels in my water the use of a good amount of pH down to get my pH in range was ridiculous.
