Reveging or hermy?

I cloned this plant back in March and kept it in my indoor grow box on 24/7 until it was ~18" tall in April and put it in the ground. It has been thriving and in full flower for about 3 -4 weeks. Now I notice weird leaves emerging from the the top flowers. Is this re-vegging or hermaphrodite? I dont know what has triggered this except it has been hot AF here.

Can’t tell from those pics whether it’s a hermie, it does have the look of revenging.

Without seeing flowers and their stems, it's hard to tell. All I'm seeing are the beginnings of reveg.

Here’s some more photos. Its sister plant is doing the same. There’s also some white chub on some places. I’ve been spraying w bt, zero tol and added silica to feed.
