Reusing Fox Farm's Ocean Forest Soil

I know there are several threads on this subject I was just curious what exactly do most people put in there used soil to amend it?

FFOF is around $22 a bag and I'm not spending $33 every 2 months to fill 3 – 5 gallon pots (I'm cheap).

I was thinking about maybe 10 parts spent soil, 3 part Black Kow composted cow manure, 1 part earthworm castings , kelp meal and a little Perlite.

Does a 10-3-1 ratio sound good?
What is everyone else doing?
Would this mix have to sit, It doesn't sound to hot to me?

I want to build a soil that is simple, cost effective and uses few ingredients.
P.S. I mostly grow autoflowers which aren't as nute hungry as photo's

Any advise would be appreciated,
Dave
