And thankyou mephisto for your work assembling some very fine genetics for me to work with.Rock solid plants.
from my research KIND is a rebranded chinese light and extremlely low quality, probably one of the worst investments of $ per watt you can find.Apache and kessil on the other hand are both well made lights made in the US.With efficient diodes.Have you looked at this light... KIND, It has an adjustable spectrum built in...
This most likely would be overkill for your space...
Interesting .... High Times rated it the best LED Light two years in a row. Yep I have done a lot of research on both Apache & Kessil they are good lights. It seems to me Kessil is more of a one plant light http://www.kessil.com/horticulture/H380.php. I do have a hard time reconciling 3 ft canopy penetration with only 90 watts. I don't have any firsthand experience with them but do with other lower wattage LED lights and they always came up short when it came to bud density especially in the lower regions of the canopy . They worked great if you kept you plants under 3 ft, did a lot of lollipoping and defoliating. What do you normal net per plant? I always wondered why I never seen a LED Light using OSRAM LED's. Love the frosty pictures.from my research KIND is a rebranded chinese light and extremlely low quality, probably one of the worst investments of $ per watt you can find.Apache and kessil on the other hand are both well made lights made in the US.With efficient diodes.
To answer your question, yes ive looked at them.
High times is paid to endorse and give good reviews, hardly a subjective source.Kind uses the same shitty diodes as most cheap ebay burple lights.Interesting .... Cool! That is a very good yield. The quality looks Top Shelf. Nice root ball it looks very healthy. I get the same type running pure coco. Are you going to reuse the perlite? Is that 70 days from flip to flower ? Have to look into the OSRAM lights as they have very good specs.High times is paid to endorse and give good reviews, hardly a subjective source.Kind uses the same shitty diodes as most cheap ebay burple lights.
Plenty of leds run osram gear, its decent stuff.
A single kessil is a one plant light ya,I dont really care about penetration,im not growing trees top down. This is all just personal meds and I have plenty getting 3-4 ounces a plant. But my harvest time is on the quick side 70days on avg. Had some bigger ones and smaller ones but generally dont worry about yield much. For me its mainly just to see what I can help create...and that it helps me is a big bonus.
Nah man its 70 days from seed.Im going to eventually when the roots dry out ill clean it and start reusing it...no disposal problem.Cool! That is a very good yield. The quality looks Top Shelf.
