Residual pollen causing problems! Plz Help

I had a hermie strain pollinate some plants about 5 weeks ago now, and when I found out about this hermie I imediately plucked it and just made hash with it. Now on to my new batch of babies in a totally new room on the other side of my house I thought I'd be free from the disasters of hermie pollination, when low and behold I think I found premature seeds inside my plant's pistils/calyx. Wherever a pre-flower is on my plant, there is a small green ball that looks what I'd imagine the first stage of a seed to be inside the calyx.
I did not wash my HPS vented hood, or 3 duct fans and about 30 feet of ducting, and I'm wondering if my equipment could have been contaminated with the pollen from 5 weeks ago and still pollinated my babes.
Also my babes are only 12 days into flowering, It's very very hairy, but most of my buds shouldn't be too developed to even support seeds yet, right? I'll still have some fat nuggets not riddled with seeds?

No, the hermie genes were of Great White Shark. The Strain that keeps getting pollinated now is my Fruity Pebbles. Would Pics help? I didn't think so cuz like I said, on day 13 of flowering, so not much to see

I know this is an older thread but it's the exact question that I have! Maybe someone with the knowledge can enlighten further about the possibility of residual pollen contaminating future grow? If so, is there a good technique for cleaning up the stuff???
