Here is some research that will help you diagnose problems in the future.

I hate to say it because it is the go-to diagnosis for every single leaf discoloration around here but it looks like Mg deficiency.

What were you feeding it?

What soil is it? Is the soil amended with nutrients?

What is your water source?

So you noticed the issue and then stopped feeding it? Why?

What soil is it? roots organic soil. Is the soil amended with nutrients? it was but i am 14 days into flowering now 8 weeks in

What is your water source? tap water but i air rate it and check PH levels

So you noticed the issue and then stopped feeding it? Why?
yea i didnt want it to be nute burn and i continue on feeding it and kill it. id rather give it more time to find out what the problem really is

What nutes are you using and at what rate? What is the pH of the mixed nutrient solution? What soil is it in?

dude you probably have both a def and a burn going on an N burn and a Mg def so what you gana do??? just water it once with a little epson salt and BLAM its back on track

Just because you're feeding it water only doesn't mean the burnt tips are going to go away. They're there for good.

I think a slight nitrogen burn, but you should be using Calmag anyway. It will prevent a deficiency from occurring, which is much better than fixing one. Plants look good though in general.

I agree. But he may not need to use too much additional Magnesium. Once he gets some of the excess Nitrogen out of the medium the plant probably will resume its normal Magnesium uptake. To much Nitrogen, especially ammonia Nitrogen, will inhibit the plants ability to uptake Magnesium. I vote for just plain water for a week or two....

OK OK thank you everyone all this help is great. so What i plan on doing is heating up a table spoon of some epson salt and just using that with water to flush it out and using water for the next week or so and then continuing my watering as normal. does that sound right?

Just out of interest, why heat the epsom salt?

just to make sure that the salts melt fully so that it goes right into the soil ill let the water cool down after, and then i am going to fill up the bath tub and let my body rest in some
