I can only find 175w MH no HPS. Are you sure it's a HPS ballast?

Would it run a 150w?

I think that there is only 175 metal halide bulbs, not high pressure sodium.

If its a digital ballast it should burn MH and HPS from my understanding. Also 175W is for MH bulbs, 150w is for HPS. Here's some options to buy both of these sizes of bulbs..
