Some people will say transplanting during or just before flowering is a bad idea because of stress. I say those that stress their plants by transplanting are doing something wrong. It's a very simple, stress free thing to do if done properly. If you're confident that you know how and what to do, I say go for it, everyone wants a bigger, more comfortable home. Best bet is to let her dry out a bit so that you can gently grasp the main stalk and hopefully lift the entire plant, roots, dirt and all in one easy move. Then fill up the rest of your pot to the point that you can just set everything right back in. The plant (hopefully) won't even realize anything has happened and the roots will have more room to stretch and grow, and into fresh clean soil also. People make a big deal of transplanting when it's actually one of the easiest, most stress free things you can do to your plants.
